Present your eligible Hyundai card at any Sands LifeStyle counter to upgrade your Sands LifeStyle membership accordingly.
Complimentary tier upgrade for Third Party Partners may be redeemed once per membership account.
For cardholders who received a 12-month Elite tier membership upgrade:
Accumulate spending of more than S$50,000 for Elite tier with your membership card within the 12 months of membership upgrade to maintain your membership status for another 12 months.
If the spending criteria is not met within the 12 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige.
For cardholders who received a 3-month Elite tier membership upgrade:
Accumulate spending of more than S$15,000 for Elite tier with your membership card within the 3 months of membership upgrade to maintain your membership status for an additional 9 months, totaling 12 months of membership benefits.
If the spending criteria is not met within the 3 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige.
For cardholders who received a 12-month Prestige tier membership upgrade:
Accumulate spending of more than S$5,000 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the 12 months of membership upgrade to maintain your membership status for another 12 months.
If the spending criteria is not met within the 12 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to LifeStyle.
For cardholders who received a 3-month Prestige tier membership upgrade:
Accumulate spending of more than S$1,500 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the 3 months of membership upgrade to maintain your membership status for an additional 9 months, totaling 12 months of membership benefits.
If the spending criteria is not met within the 3 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to LifeStyle.
No, the membership card and the benefits are not transferrable. PIN and identity verification are required when you use your membership card at participating Sands Outlets.

Full-day parking benefits valid only for cardholders enjoying the Elite membership upgrade with a maximum of 10 redemptions per month. Cardholders enjoying the Prestige membership upgrade can redeem parking privileges from $4 Resort Dollars with no minimum spend on their Sands LifeStyle card.

*A same calendar day minimum spend is required for all discretionary upgrades to Prestige tier. Payments for the qualifying spend may be made with cash, NETS, credit or debit cards, funds transfer services, online payment platforms, or digital payment systems. Payments made via Resort Dollars redemptions do not qualify for the discretionary upgrade.
