The hotel stay discount is applicable only if the guest is a Sands Lifestyle member at the time of booking. The discount is based on the membership status at the time of booking and applies exclusively to reservations made through the official Marina Bay Sands website. For guests who made their reservation prior to receiving an upgrade, the discount will be available starting from their next reservation after the upgrade. Discounts are based on the flexible (best available) rate and may not be available depending on room availability. Each member may enjoy the discount for one room per night.
Present your passport at any Sands LifeStyle Counter to upgrade your Sands LifeStyle membership accordingly.
Accumulate spending of more than S$15,000 for Elite tier and $1500 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the first 3 months to maintain your membership status for an additional 9 months, totalling 12 months of membership benefits.
If the spending criteria is not met within the first 3 months, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige or LifeStyle accordingly.
You may use your e-card or physical card to earn Resort Dollars and enjoy the benefits.
No, PIN and identity verification are required when you use your membership card at our retail outlets.

To qualify for a Prestige Upgrade, you can make purchases at any outlets. The process for upgrading depends on whether the outlet is Sands Rewards Outlets:
Sands Rewards Outlets (where you can earn Resort Dollars):
- Present your membership card upon purchasing, spending at these stores is automatically recorded on your Sands Lifestyle membership. You do not need to present a receipt. Simply visit the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.
Non-Sands Rewards Outlets (where you cannot earn Resort Dollars):
- You must present the receipt from the same day’s purchase at the Retail Concierge Counter. Once verified, proceed to the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.
Retail Concierge Counter Locations:
- Near Sands Expo & Convention Center, open daily from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
- L1-80, near Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, open daily from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

- The benefits made available to Klub members (“Eligible Members”) pursuant to the terms of the Offer are not exchangeable or refundable for cash, credit or kind.
- Company and MBS reserve the right to suspend, withdraw or terminate the Offer at any time without notice. The decision of Company and MBS on all matters relating to the SL programme and the Klub 11 membership programme shall be final, binding and conclusive on all Eligible Members, including without limitation, any decision on the eligibility of any person to participate in this offer.
- Company and MBS may at any time at their sole and absolute discretion, without notice and without assigning any reasons therefore, delete, vary, supplement, amend or modify the terms of this offer.
