Alipay Platinum members receive a 3-month Sands LifeStyle – Prestige tier membership* with benefits as outlined at www.marinabaysands.com/sandslifestyle.
Present your Alipay membership status at any Sands LifeStyle counter to upgrade your Sands LifeStyle membership accordingly.
Accumulate spending of more than S$15,000 for Elite tier and S$1,500 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the first 3 months to maintain your membership status for another 9 months, enjoying a total of 12 months membership benefits.
If the spending criteria is not met within the first 3 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to the Prestige or LifeStyle tier accordingly.
Yes, you will need to present your physical membership card.
No, the membership card and the benefits are not transferrable. PIN and identity verification are required when you use your membership card at participating outlets.

Complimentary Elite tier upgrade from Sands Alliance may be redeemed once per membership account. For example, ICBC cardholders who have redeemed an Elite upgrade offer before will not be eligible for another ICBC or UnionPay cardholder card tier upgrade.
To qualify for a Prestige Upgrade, you can make purchases at any outlets. The process for upgrading depends on whether the outlet is Sands Rewards Outlets:
Sands Rewards Outlets (where you can earn Resort Dollars:
- Present your membership card upon purchasing, spending at these stores is automatically recorded on your Sands Lifestyle membership. You do not need to present a receipt. Simply visit the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.
Non-Sands Rewards Outlets (where you cannot earn Resort Dollars):
- You must present the receipt from the same day’s purchase at the Retail Concierge Counter. Once verified, proceed to the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.
Retail Concierge Counter Locations:
- Near Sands Expo & Convention Center, open daily from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
- L1-80, near Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, open daily from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

Alipay Diamond members receive complimentary Sands LifeStyle – Elite membership for three months. Diamond members who redeem the complimentary Elite tier upgrade need only spend S$15,000 in transactions which are eligible to receive Resort Dollars during the above-mentioned three-month period to receive another nine-month Elite tier membership, commencing after the initial three-month period ends. Membership extension will be granted if the spending criteria are met.
Alipay Platinum members receive complimentary Sands LifeStyle – Prestige membership for three months. Platinum members who redeem the complimentary Prestige tier upgrade need only spend S$1,500 in transactions which are eligible to receive Resort Dollars during the above-mentioned three-month period to receive another nine-month Prestige tier membership, commencing after the initial three-month period ends. Membership extension will be granted if the spending criteria are met.
Full-day parking benefits are only available to passengers enjoying the Elite membership upgrade. Members are limited to a maximum of 10 redemptions per month.
Passengers enjoying the Prestige membership can redeem parking privileges from as low as $4 Resort Dollars with any minimum spend using their Sands LifeStyle card.
This promotion is valid for one-time redemption per member.
Members who have redeemed an Elite or Prestige upgrade offer from our Third-Party Partners will not be eligible for another.
To enjoy this offer, you must be at least 18 years old, and have proof of identification e.g., a passport, or any valid government-issued photo identification.
A same calendar day minimum spend is required for all discretionary upgrades to Prestige tier. Payments for the qualifying spend may be made with cash, NETS, credit or debit cards, funds transfer services, online payment platforms, or digital payment systems. Payments made via Resort Dollars redemptions do not qualify for the discretionary upgrade.
