Hotel room discount is subject to your Sands LifeStyle membership status at the time of reservation and only applicable for reservations made on our website. Savings are based on Flexible Rate (Best Available Rate) and subject to availability. Each member may enjoy savings on a maximum of one room per night.
Present your passport at any Sands LifeStyle Counters to upgrade your Sands LifeStyle membership accordingly.
Accumulate spending of more than S$15,000 for Elite tier with your membership card within the first 3 months to maintain your membership status for another 9 months, enjoying a total of 12 months membership benefits.
If the spending criteria is not met within the first 3 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to the Prestige tier accordingly.
You may use either your e-card or physical card to earn Resort Dollars and enjoy discounts.
No, PIN and identity verification are required when you use your membership card at retail outlets.

To qualify for a Prestige Upgrade, you can make purchases at any outlets. The process for upgrading depends on whether the outlet is Sands Rewards Outlets:
Sands Rewards Outlets (where you can earn Resort Dollars):
- Present your membership card upon purchasing, spending at these stores is automatically recorded on your Sands Lifestyle membership. You do not need to present a receipt. Simply visit the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.
Non-Sands Rewards Outlets (where you cannot earn Resort Dollars):
- You must present the receipt from the same day’s purchase at the Retail Concierge Counter. Once verified, proceed to the Sands Lifestyle counter to enjoy your upgrade.
Retail Concierge Counter Locations:
- Near Sands Expo & Convention Center, open daily from 10:30 AM to 11:00 PM.
- L1-80, near Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer, open daily from 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

Visa Infinite cardholders receive complimentary Sands LifeStyle – Elite membership for 3 months. Cardholders who redeem the complimentary Elite tier upgrade need only spend S$15,000 in transactions which are eligible to receive Resort Dollars during the abovementioned 3-month period to receive another 9-month Elite tier membership, commencing after the initial 3-month period ends. Membership extension will be granted if spending criteria is met.
Full-day parking benefits are limited to cardholders enjoying the Elite membership upgrade and is limited to a maximum of 10 redemptions per month.
Cardholders enjoying the Prestige membership can redeem for parking privileges from as low as $4 Resort Dollars with any minimum spend using their Sands LifeStyle card.
This promotion is valid for a one-time redemption per member.
Members who have redeemed an Elite or Prestige upgrade offer from our Third Party Partners will not be eligible for another.
To enjoy this offer, you must be at least 18 years old and have proof of identification e.g., passport, or any valid government-issued photo identification.
- All discretionary upgrades to Sands LifeStyle Prestige tier will require members to make a same calendar day min. spend before qualifying for complimentary upgrade.
Payment for the Qualifying Spend may be made with cash, NETS, credit or debit card, funds transfer service, online payment platform or digital payment system but not via a Resort Dollars redemption.
