Present your The 1 Exclusive, CENFINITY Diamond, CENFINITY Platinum or CENFINITY Gold membership on The 1 APP at any Sands LifeStyle Counters to upgrade your Sands LifeStyle membership accordingly.
For cardholders who received a 12-month membership upgrade:
Accumulate spending of more than S$50,000 for Elite tier with your membership card within the 12 months of membership upgrade to maintain your membership status for another 12 months.
If the spending criteria is not met within the 12 months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige or LifeStyle accordingly based on your spending in the last 12 months, or from the day of membership sign up (whichever is earlier).
For cardholders who received a 3-month membership upgrade:
Accumulate spending of more than S$15,000 for Elite tier and S$1,500 for Prestige tier with your membership card within the first three months to maintain your membership status for another nine months, amounting to 12 months of membership benefits.
If the spending criteria is not met within the first three months of membership, your membership status will be downgraded to Prestige or LifeStyle accordingly based on your spending in the last 12 months, or from the day of membership sign up (whichever is earlier).
No, PIN and identity verification are required when you use your membership card at Sands outlets.

Members who redeem the complimentary 12-months Elite tier upgrade, need only spend S$50,000 in transactions which are eligible to receive Resort Dollars during the above mentioned 12-month period to receive 12-month Elite membership.
The 1 Exclusive members receive complimentary Sands LifeStyle – Elite tier membership for 3 months. Members who redeem the complimentary upgrade, need only spend S$15,000 in transactions which are eligible to receive Resort Dollars during the above mentioned 3-month period to receive another 9- month Elite membership.
This promotion is valid for a one-time redemption per member, only applicable for tourists who are not residing or working in Singapore.
