Can I use the card immediately after collecting my card at the membership counter?

Yes, you can start using the membership card by earning and redeeming at our participating outlets. Please remember to present your membership card before payment.

You may contact our Sands Rewards LifeStyle hotline at +65 6688 8886 to deactivate your membership card.

For damaged card, you may approach any Sands Rewards LifeStyle counter with your physical ID for a card replacement. No fees will be charged for card replacement.

You may check your account details or update your personal particulars through our Sands Rewards LifeStyle website, Sands Rewards LifeStyle kiosk machine, and our newly launched mobile app.  If you require more information, please approach any of our Sands Rewards LifeStyle counter for assistance.

Rewards Dollars are valid for 12 months from the date earned. Expiry of dollar is based on first in first out basis.

About Membership

Who is eligible to join the programme?

Individuals who are (i) not employed by Marina Bays Sands; (ii) aged 18 and above are eligible to apply for membership in the Programme.

Any Sands Rewards LifeStyle counter at Marina Bay Sands. Present your NRIC or passport when collecting your physical card at the following counters:

Lobby, Hotel Tower 1
Daily: 10am – 10.30pm

The Shoppes, B1 (above Sampan Rides)
Daily: 10am – 11pm

The Shoppes, B2 (near Digital Light Canvas)
Daily: 10am – 11pm

You may use either your e-card or physical card to earn Reward Dollars and enjoy discounts.

If you have verified your mobile number or email address, you will be able to use your Sands Rewards LifeStyle e-Card for both earnings and redemptions at our Hotel, Marina Bay Sands owned and tenanted outlets without the physical card.

If you have not verified both mobile number and email address, there will be a $100 redemption limit. To have unrestricted redemption limit, you will have to perform either one of the following:

  • Perform verification of Mobile Number or Email Address (can be done through Mobile App)
  • Approach any Sands Rewards LifeStyle counter to complete the sign up.

Yes, you may do so. To collect your physical card, please approach any Sands Rewards LifeStyle counter and present your NRIC or passport for verification.

No, it is non-transferable and it must be utilised only by the account holder.

Membership Tier

How do I qualify for card tier upgrades?

For Prestige card tier, spend $2,000 nett annually to qualify.

For Elite card tier, spend $50,000 nett annually to qualify.

Earn/Use Reward Dollars

What can the Reward Dollars be used for?

Reward Dollars can be used at all participating stores, restaurants, hotel stay, parking redemption, attractions at Marina Bay Sands and theatre.


Present either the physical card or e-card upon check-in or check-out. It will take up to 48 hours after check-out to receive the Reward Dollars. 


We do not allow retroactive crediting of rewards. All patrons are reminded to present their membership card or E-card upon payment to enjoy the earnings.


Yes, Reward Dollars can be earned from payment made by Cash/Card. No earnings will be awarded for payments made by Reward Dollars redemption.

You may put in your request at our Sands Rewards LifeStyle counter and  the request will be reviewed.



How many free parking redemptions am I entitled for?

LifeStyle and Prestige members may redeem one parking ticket at $4 Destination Dollars per ticket per day on the Marina Bay Sands mobile app or $8 Destination Dollars per ticket per day at any Sands Rewards LifeStyle kiosk. Elite members may redeem up to one complimentary parking ticket per day. A same day calendar spend using your membership card before midnight is required in order to redeem your parking privilege.

Spend refers to purchases of any amount using your membership card where payment is made using cash, NETS, credit/debit card and excludes Reward Dollars redemptions. For spend at non-participating Sands Rewards Outlet, please present your same-day receipt at selected Retail Concierge counter to qualify. For parking redemptions past midnight where a new calendar day's spend is required, select stalls at Rasapura Masters (B2-50) are open 24 hours. Redemption of Reward Dollars is final. There will be no refund of Reward Dollars once the redemption is completed.

For vehicles with Singapore-registered in-vehicle unit (IU) installed,

  • Enjoy SEAMLESS PARKING EXPERIENCE during exit by registering your vehicle via Marina Bay Sands Mobile App BEFORE redeeming your self-parking privilege.
  • If you have not registered your vehicle before redeeming your self-parking privilege, please follow the steps below.
  1. Remove your cash card from your IU device before driving to the gantry.
  2. Tap or insert your physical membership card into the card reader at the exit gantry.

For vehicles without Singapore-registered in-vehicle unit (IU) installed,

  • Tap or insert your physical membership card into the card reader at the exit gantry.
  • Tap your Auto Pass/NETS Flashpay card on the card reader at the exit gantry.

Reward Dollars earnings are not allowed for online purchased tickets or items.


To enjoy the discount, you will need to proceed to our box office to purchase the tickets. Discounts are applicable for certain shows only.


You may present your membership card at the respective attraction’s ticketing counter/box office to redeem your tickets in person.

PIN Reset

How do I reset my pin?

You may reset your PIN on the Sands Rewards LifeStyle website or mobile application. For mobile application, you will need to select your date of birth and you may choose to receive your OTP via email or mobile number registered under your account. Once you have successfully logged in , you will be able to reset your PIN. 

Alternatively, you can reset your PIN at any Sands Rewards LifeStyle counters.
