When Gaby Aghion founded Chloé in 1952, women were treated to soft, body-conscious clothes made from fine fabrics — giving them the freedom to be themselves. By introducing chic, everyday wear to the haute couture market, women were now freed up for options beyond customised clothes.

The Chloé legacy has carried on thanks to the fashion house’s knack for attracting talented designers – from Maxime de la Falaise, the young Karl Lagerfeld to Clare Waight Keller, the latter of whom tailored the wedding dress worn by Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex. 

That vision remains true today, with the house’s brand of femininity, free-spiritedness, modernity, grace and effortlessness breathed into each collection. Following Clare Waight Keller’s exit in April 2017, Parisian fashion designer Natacha Ramsay-Levi took to the oars as Creative Director. She succinctly nailed her vision for the label through her first campaign in Spring/Summer 2018 and Chloé x Net-A-Porter collection in October 2018.
