Costas Spiliadis had a simple idea: to share the beauty of Greek food with the world. When he opened the first Milos in Montreal in 1979, he placed authentic hospitality and pristine seafood at the centre. With its Singapore outpost, Milos continues this philosophy on a grander scale.
The experience begins with a guided walk past the open seafood market, showcasing fish and shellfish flown in from the Aegean and prepared to order. Signature dishes include the Milos Special, a tower of crispy zucchini and eggplant, Whole Fish Baked in Sea Salt and Lobster Pasta Athenian-Style.
