Year-end Celebrations at Bread Street Kitchen
Celebrate Thanksgiving on 24 November with the special of the day - Roasted turkey breast stuffed with apricot, fondant potatoes, brussels sprouts, glazed carrots and cranberry sauce at S$48. Available for dine-in only.
From 12-26 December, celebrate the festivities by the waterfront with festive a la carte dishes from 12 – 26 December, and try the Christmas Day lunch with the set menu (from S$95). Delight in traditional British dishes such as Butternut squash with stilton cheese tart and Roasted beef carpaccio with baby artichoke.
On New Year’s Eve, Executive Chef Sabrina Stillhart has prepared a four-course menu featuring the restaurant’s signature Beef Filet Wellington with black truffle mash.
First seating: 5:30pm to 8:15pm at S$140
Second seating: 8:30pm onwards at S$200 inclusive of a glass of Champagne to toast at midnight, complete with fireworks at the bay.

Founded in 1967 by Dr. Tom Cullity, Vasse Felix is the first wine estate established in the region of Margaret River in Western Australia. This robust wine with its nuances of crushed cranberries, cassis and pomegranate adds great balance to the earthy flavours of the dish. The dry tannins will also complement the gamey texture of the duck breast. Pair it now!

Celebrity Chef Gordon Ramsay
Scottish by birth, Gordon Ramsay was brought up in Stratford-upon-Avon, England. With an injury prematurely putting an end to any hopes of a promising career in football, he went back to college to complete a course in hotel management. His dedication and natural talent led him to train with some of the world’s leading chefs, such as Albert Roux and Marco Pierre White in London, and Guy Savoy and Joël Robuchon in France.
Now internationally renowned, Gordon has opened a string of successful restaurants across the globe, from the UK to Italy to the United States and now Singapore and holds 7 Michelin stars. He received an OBE (Order of the British Empire awarded by Queen Elizabeth II) in 2006 for services to the industry.
Gordon has also become a star of the small screen both in the UK and internationally, with shows such as Kitchen Nightmares, Hell's Kitchen, MasterChef US and Hotel Hell. He is also a published author of a number of books, many of which have become bestsellers around the world, most notably his autobiography, Roasting in Hell’s Kitchen.
Executive Chef Sabrina Stillhart
Beginning her career as a kitchen apprentice in her native Switzerland at 17 years old, Sabrina Stillhart has spent almost a decade within the Gordon Ramsay group, with roles at Boxwood Café, Gordon Ramsay’s Plane Food, York & Albany and the iconic Savoy Grill. Sabrina then transitioned to Bread Street Kitchen as part of the opening team and has spent the past three years as senior sous chef.
From London to Singapore, Sabrina now leads the Bread Street Kitchen team at Marina Bay Sands and ensures dishes are of the highest quality and of impeccable freshness whilst designing exciting daily specials inspired by regionally sourced ingredients.
