By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd (the Hotel) that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

  • Stay by date: 5 Jan 2026 – 30 Jun 2026
  • Book by date: 28 Feb 2026
  • Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
  • The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
  • Any extension of stay will be on guest’s own account on either the Flexible Rate or any other Packages offered by Marina Bay Sands.
  • Rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. The Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
  • Room upgrade and additional adult charge will be on guest's own account.
  • A cash deposit of S$200 for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for payment of incidentals in addition to full payment of the room and prevailing government taxes.
  • Rates are not applicable for Sands LifeStyle Programme Resort Dollars earnings.
  • Name change is not allowed.
  • In the event guest complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
  • Marina Bay Sands may change these terms or terminate this program without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is final and binding.
  • Minimum length of stay: 2 nights.
  • Reservation must be made at least 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Reservation is cancellable and amendable 14 days prior to arrival.
  • Black out dates apply.
  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
  • Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
  • Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.
  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
  • No prepared food from sources other than the Hotel's in-room dining services is permitted in the guest rooms.
  • This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.
  • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
  • The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
  • The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore.
  • The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) shall apply.
  • This promotion may be suspended or changed without prior notice due to circumstances of Shinhan Card or its partners.
  • Payment for this promotion must be made on-site at check-in, and benefits are provided only to customers who present their own Shinhan Visa Consumer Credit card (corporate/BC/prepaid/gift cards excluded) at the time of payment.       
  • Benefits are provided only for reservations of at least two consecutive nights made through the reservation link on the event page by selecting one of the eligible promotional room types.   
  • Any additional charges incurred due to the hotel’s cancellation policy will be borne entirely by the customer.
  • If the reservation is canceled after the free cancellation deadline, the promotion will no longer apply, and the full amount for the entire stay reserved (minimum two nights) will be charged. 
  • Please ensure you review the hotel’s policy for the free cancellation deadline before booking.
  • Cancellation fees will be charged to the card registered at the time of booking in accordance with the hotel’s policies.       
  • Benefits provided through this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash.          
  • Reservations canceled during the promotional booking or stay period are not eligible for benefits.           
  • This promotion applies only to payments made in SGD. When paying in KRW, additional foreign exchange fees may be incurred.
  • Available room types, operating hours, usage instructions, and cancellation policies are subject to hotel regulations. For details, please contact the hotel directly.                                           
  • If the issuance of a credit card is deemed inappropriate (e.g., low personal credit score, occurrence of delinquencies including short-term delinquencies), card issuance may be restricted.         

Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. is final without notice or liability. Other Terms and Conditions apply.
