EVENT PLANNING IN A NEW ERA

From 1 October 2020, event organisers will be allowed to apply to Singapore Tourism Board to pilot events in Singapore of up to 250 attendees (in five zones of 50 attendees each).

Applicants must demonstrate their ability to comply with a set of health and safety measures. The latest advisories on safe management measures for business events are available on Singapore Tourism Board website.

CREATING A SAFER EXPERIENCE

MICE

Every point of our attendees’ journey was designed to be safe, yet seamless. These include safe distancing markers, contactless self-registration counters and implementation of hygiene and sanitization protocols.

SAFE MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES

Reduced group size
  • ≤ 50 attendees within each zone
  • ≤ 20 Pax within each cohort
  • ≤ 5 attendees within each group
Safe Distancing
  • All chairs are arranged with one metre distance within theatre settings
  • Attendees are advised to keep a distance of more than 1m apart 
Limited Physical Contact
  • Avoid any intermingling between any cohorts and zones at any time 
Stringent health-monitoring
  • Temperature screening and digital check-in via the Government’s SafeEntry system are mandatory
Reduced overall density
  • Expanded operating capacity of 10sqm per attendee for events spaces
