In compliance with the Government’s safe management measures:

  • all check in guests must provide health declarations and government mandated information for contact tracing purposes;
  • the gathering of more than 5 guests and visitors (not from the same household) will not be permitted in any hotel room; and
  • all guests who feel unwell during their stay will be required to comply with our isolation and other Covid-19 response procedures.

Hotel Terms & Conditions

  • Please note that exclusive member rates are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Offer & booking are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and not for resale.
  • Booking is subjected to member’s card tier benefit.
  • Exclusive member rates are only valid during the stated period.
  • Blackout dates apply. Rooms are subject to availability.
  •  Exclusive member rates are only for the Sands Rewards member addressed above. Member must check in personally.
  • Hotel Room Credits is only applicable to the hotel's Best Available Rate.
  • For non-guaranteed reservations, the Management reserves the right to release the reservation 24 hours prior to arrival.
  • Extension of room stay will be charged based on prevailing rate or exclusive member rate*.
  • In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room charge (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or deducted from your Sands Dollars.
  • Abuse of policy will result in revocation of membership. Management reserve the right to rescind the offer if recipient is blacklisted..
  • Marina Bay Sands Hotel Reservations Terms and Conditions  apply for all bookings.
  • The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.
  • Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. shall have the right to final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. Marina Bay Sands Management reserves all rights.
