Justin Quek

Quek is one of Asia's most celebrated chefs, famed for his expertise in Franco-Asian cuisine in which he blends his knowledge of Asian cuisine with extensive culinary experiences in Europe.

Over the years, Quek has served politicians and dignitaries such as former Singapore prime minister Lee Kuan Yew, former Chinese president Jiang Zemin and Microsoft founder Bill Gates.
