Calling all food-lovers to witness the magic that goes into making dishes from The World’s 50 Best Restaurants. These three intimate masterclasses allow gastronomes to get up close to world-famous chefs, gaining an insight into their thinking at the same time as learning about recipes, innovative techniques, flavour combinations and plating skills – and tasting first-class dish samples and drinks pairings.

The Masterclasses will be approximately 60 minutes each at Sands Expo & Convention Centre Hall A. Each session also includes a 30-minute drinks reception post-masterclass.
