Savour refined expressions of Cantonese cuisine rooted in time-honoured principles of Yue cuisine. From wild game to the finest seasonal delicacies, Jin Ting Wan presents an exquisite menu that embodies the essence of Cantonese cuisine, reinvented for the modern connoisseur. Located on Level 55 of Hotel Tower 1 with panoramic dual views of the city skyline and sea, the signature restaurant of Marina Bay Sands showcases the revered art form of Chinese food sculpting, mastery of the wok, and culinary creations inspired by regional Chinese cuisines.

Regally framed with Song Dynasty-inspired architecture, the interior of Jin Ting Wan is awash with lush palettes of deep blues and gilded gold accents. The opulent private dining rooms and tea lounge resemble a modern-day mountain villa for Chinese nobility, intricately designed with bespoke dragonfly motifs woven into the décor.
