  • Gentlemen are welcome to dress comfortably in casual wear such as T-shirts, polo shirts, jeans, chinos. Ladies may opt for sundresses or skirts.
  • We kindly ask that you refrain from wearing swimwear, robes or hotel slippers. Additionally, we kindly request that gentlemen refrain from wearing singlets or tank tops.
  • Guests who are not dressed in accordance with the dress code may be declined entry.

Chef Simon Tho brings over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality and culinary leadership across Asia.

His career spans leadership roles across renowned hotels and integrated resorts in Macau, Shanghai, and Kuala Lumpur, where he honed expertise in large-scale operations and refined Chinese gastronomy.

Chef Simon’s culinary mastery has earned him international acclaim, including the Star Chef of the Year award in Shanghai, and top honours in culinary competitions. A respected authority in his field, he has also served as an honorary judge in elite chef competitions.
