Celebrity Chef David Myers is hosting a seafood-themed masterclass showcasing Japanese ingredients and techniques combined with his signature Californian flair.

Discover his unique cooking style and learn how to prepare seafood, sashimi-style, as he demonstrates some of his favourite dishes such as Tuna with tosa soy and black truffle and Hokkaiddo Scallops with finger lime and yuzu honey. Chef David will also impart his swift knife skills as he transforms a tuna fillet into delicate slices of sashimi, and offer tips on some of the best ways to plate fresh ocean catch.

Then, relax and enjoy a six-course Omakase tasting menu featuring dishes such as Hokkaido Scallops and Robata-grilled Kurobota Pork Collar.
