Conditions of Entry

Before you Go

Friday evenings and Saturdays are usually the peak periods. Visit from Sunday to Thursday for the best experience.

Only children below the age of 2 may enter without a ticket. A valid ticket is required for all other individuals, ie. children above the age of 2 and all adults, including all adults accompanying young visitors and/or children (whether above or below the age of 2).

For the safety and security of young visitors, children below the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult (above the age of 18) at all times. The accompanying adult shall be required to purchase a valid ticket for entry.

Proof of age may be required before entry is granted.

For a bird’s-eye view of the show, head to Level 2. If you would rather admire the show at Level 1, anywhere around Rasapura Masters food hall (B2-50, Canal Level) will offer prime views of Digital Light Canvas.
