ArtScience Museum is not just one of Singapore’s premier art galleries, but one of Singapore’s most iconic cultural landmarks.

Since its grand opening in February 2011, this 5,000m2 museum with 21 galleries has held large-scale exhibitions by some of the world’s most celebrated artists such as Leonardo Da Vinci, Vincent Van Gogh, Salvador Dali, M.C. Escher, and Andy Warhol.

Like most museums, ArtScience Museum updates its roster of exhibitions and events regularly. This article will take you through an exciting list of happenings scheduled at ArtScience Museum for the upcoming months.

Future World: Where Art Meets Science

Presented in collaboration with renowned Japanese collective teamLab, Future World: Where Art Meets Science explores the synergic cohabitation of humanity and nature and imagines the infinite possibilities of the future through immersive digital art installations. With countless interactive artworks, expect a dazzling dream-like experience with tactile and sensorial sensations that will leave you in awe at the universe.

Future World: Where Art Meets Science

Take to the skies with an object of your own design at Sketch Flight and watch them take flight in a virtual city; you can even pilot them via a tablet and explore the world from their point of view. An intense combination of colours, light, and sound, Aerial Climbing features suspended horizontal bars that invites visitors to traverse them with careful coordination and navigation – reminiscent of the aerial dance of swooping. Finally, admire the randomness of the universe at Autonomous Abstraction, which conceptualises entropy through a vivid display of colours that ripple across the screen spontaneously.
