How to Redeem

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Minimum length of stay: 2 nights

  • Booking must be made at least 2 days prior to arrival.

  • Reservation is cancellable and amendable# 2 days prior to arrival.

  • #Reservation is non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable if your stay period is during 8 – 9 Aug 2025, 30 Sep – 5 Oct 2025, 31 Dec 2025, 9 Aug 2026, 6 – 11 Oct 2026, 31 Dec 2026 and 1 – 2 Jan 2027.

  • Blackout dates may apply.

  • Breakfast, afternoon Tea and Aperitif Hour charges apply for additional guests.

  • *Aperitif Hour is available from 5pm to 7pm daily, with 3 seatings (5pm, 5.30pm and 6pm), at KOMA, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, Maison Boulud, Wakuda and RISE Restaurant. Each staying guest is entitled to a complimentary snack platter (includes two savoury items and one sweet) and one selection of beverage, only valid during period of stay. Additional guests are welcome at S$50 nett per person.

    To redeem your member-exclusive privileges during your stay:

    • Sign up for free if you are not a Sands LifeStyle member yet.
    • Visit any Sands LifeStyle kiosk and log into your account with your membership card1.
    • Tap ‘Lucky Draw & Promotions’ and select ‘Sands Suite Life' to redeem $50 Resort Dollars and complimentary experiences.
    • Print your redemption slips and present them at participating restaurants, outlets, or attractions to redeem.

    1Membership card refers to your Sands LifeStyle membership card in the form of a physical card or e-Card.
