Make the most of your time at ArtScience Museum with these essential information for organising a group visit to the Museum.

Getting to the Museum via coach

Coach drop-off is available at Marina Bay Sands Theatrre *03501) bus stop, less than a 10 minute walk from the Museum.

Arrival and Admission

To allow an optimal and comfortable experience, please be punctual for the visit. We apologise that we cannot guarantee facilitated programmes for groups that arrive more than 20 minutes late.

An Education Specialist will be present to receive your group when you arrive (unless otherwise stated).

Food and Beverage

ArtScience Museum has a cafe that offers a wide variety of wholesome food and beverages.

If you are bringing your own food and drinks, they can be consumed by the Lily Pond or Level 1 Rain Oculus, which is partially sheltered. Water coolers are available near the bathrooms at Basement 1 and Basement 2.

Safety Measures

As your enjoyment and safety at the Museum is our priority, large groups will be split into smaller groups to enter the Museum at intervals.

The Museum is equipped with First Aid Kits and AEDs. In case of an emergency or accident, please do not hesitate to seek assistance from our friendly Visitor Experience staff.

Pre-Visit Site Recce

You can book a complimentary site recce to the Museum prior to your actual visit. Please email us at museumgroupbooking@marinabaysands.com to arrange a date at least five working days in advance.
