ArtScience Residency

ArtScience Residency

Launched in 2023, the ArtScience Residency is ArtScience Museum’s contribution to shaping the discourse and development of our collective futures. As a pioneering cultural institution, we welcome creatives, thinkers, and disruptors whose practices transcend singular forms and functions, and who are committed to enacting positive socio‑cultural change.

The residency supports our ArtScientists‑in‑Residence by providing the time, space, and collaborative environment needed to cultivate future‑forward practices. Residents serve as stewards for the responsible and imaginative advancement of our shared future, working across themes such as, but not limited to:

  • Nature and Ecology
  • Equality and Diversity
  • Technology
  • Individual and Cultural Agency
  • Planetary Preservation and Exploration

Each residency is curated through an intimate dialogue between the ArtScientist‑in‑Residence and the museum. Projects may evolve into showcases, public engagements, education programmes, experimental prototypes, or a combination of these—inviting audiences to encounter new ideas, witness creative research, and imagine possible futures.
