Winner of several James Beard awards and chef-owner of two-Michelin-Starred restaurant, DANIEL, Chef Daniel is named a Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur by the French government, and authored eight cookbooks, including ‘DANIEL: My French Cuisine’.
