Daniel Boulud

Regarded as one of America's culinary authorities, Boulud is the winner of several James Beard awards and chef-owner of three-Michelin-starred restaurant, DANIEL.
Named a Chevalier de la Légion d'Honneur by the French government, Boulud has authored eight cookbooks, including DANIEL: My French Cuisine.
