Terms & Conditions
RATES AND DEPOSIT
- The rates quoted are based on your length of stay. All rates will be subjected to 10% service charge and prevailing tax, should you wish to amend your arrival and departure dates.
- All rates quoted are based on single and double occupancy.
- Rates are quoted in Singapore Dollars and subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
- A cash deposit of SGD $100.00 per night or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals, in addition to full payment of room and tax
- Room rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. In addition, when there are more than two (2) persons in a room, each additional person is charged SGD $100.00 per night for standard rooms and SGD $125.00 per night for Club Rooms/Suites. However, children, twelve years and under, stay free when sharing a room with an adult.
ELIGIBLE AGE FOR CHECK-IN
- To register a room, guest must be at least 21 years of age.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIME
- Check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am.
- A valid government-issued identification or passport is required at check-in
EARLY ARRIVAL AND LATE DEPARTURE
- Should you arrive to the hotel early, kindly refer to our Guest Services Team and they will be happy to hold luggage for you until check-in.
- We also recommend that you begin your reservation on the evening before arrival.
- Late check-outs are subject to room availability and occupancy. We advise that you check with our Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- Late check-outs will be assessed a 50% room charge for checking-out between 12pm to 6pm, and a full-day room charge after 6pm.
CREDIT CARD CONFIRMATION
- A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and JCB credit cards. Debit Cards are not accepted.
- Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations. Billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation or amendment of reservation must be made 48 hours (by 4pm local time) prior to your arrival date for Best Available Rates. Specific Terms and Conditions apply to Packages and Special Offers.
- Cancellation or amendment made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.
- In the event you do not show-up, reservations will incur a charge of one night's room and tax, which will be assessed to the credit card provided.
- Non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled no later than 4pm on the day of arrival.
PRIVACY CLAUSE
- By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to allow Marina Bay Sands or any of its affiliated companies to send you information on upcoming events and promotions; and or related information by email.
- You may unsubscribe at anytime upon receipt of any future promotional emails.

A minimum of ten (10) working days is required from the receipt of a submitted request to the proposed date of filming/photography. This period will be longer in the case of more extensive location work.
