Terms & Conditions
Rates and Deposit
- The rates quoted are based on your length of stay. All rates will be subjected to 10% service charge and prevailing tax, should you wish to amend your arrival and departure dates
- All rates quoted are based on single and double occupancy
- Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars and are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax
- A cash deposit of SGD 100 per night or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room and tax
- Room rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. In addition, when there are more than two (2) persons in a room, each additional person is charged SGD100.00 per night for standard rooms and SGD125.00 per night for club rooms/suites. However, children, twelve (12) years and under, stay free when sharing a room with an adult
Eligible age for check in
- To register a room, guest must be at least 21 years of age
Check In and Check Out Time
- Check-in time is from 3:00pm and check-out time is by 11:00am
- A valid government issued identification or passport is required at check-in
Early Arrival and Late Departure
- Should you arrive to the hotel early, kindly refer to our Guest Services Team and they will be happy to hold the luggage for you until check-in.
- We also recommend that you begin your reservation on the evening before arrival
- Late check-outs are subject to room availability and occupancy. We advise that you check with our Front Desk at least 24 hours prior to departure.
- Late check-outs will be assessed a 50 percent room charge for checking-out between 12pm to 6pm and a full day room charge after 6pm.
Credit Card Information
- A valid credit card is required for all reservations to secure your reservation
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners and JCB credit cards, Debit Cards are not accepted
- Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation or amendment of reservation must be made 48 hours (by 4pm local time) prior to your arrival date
- Cancellation or amendment made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax
- In the event you do not show-up, reservations will incur a charge of one night's room and tax, which will be assessed to the credit card provided
- Non-guaranteed reservations will be cancelled no later than 4pm on the day of arrival
Privacy Clause
- By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree to allow Marina Bay Sands or any of its affiliated companies to send you information on upcoming events and promotions; and or related information by email.
- You may unsubscribe at anytime upon receipt of any future promotional information email.
Media Enquiries
Film & Photo Shoot Enquiries For interest in conducting a filming and/or photo shoot at Marina Bay Sands, please complete the request form download here and submit it via email.
A minimum of ten (10) working days is required from the receipt of a submitted request to the proposed date of filming/photography. This period will be longer in the case of more extensive location work.
