Knife-welding passadors (meat waiters) move around the tables, carving grilled meats from large skewers onto diners' plates. Here, the meats are marinated with a traditional Brazilian recipe and rotisserie-cooked over open fire till perfection. We let diners control their service with green and red discs: A green disc signals the passador that you want the meats to keep coming. A red disc indicates you're full and stops service.
