Free Wi-Fi
Free wireless access is available throughout the Museum when you connect to “Marina Bay Sands” under Wifi.
Baggage Storage
Complimentary baggage/ luggage storage service is available.

Water Cooler Stations
Water coolers are available at various locations in the Museum.

Oculus Entrance
On rainy days, please use the Oculus entrance to steer clear of the rain when moving between the Museum and The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. -
Families
Strollers
Strollers are not permitted into all exhibitions due to space constraints and the safety concerns of artworks/installations. A designated stroller parking area is available near the exhibition entrance.
Baby Changing Rooms
Baby changing facilities are available at the Museum.

Wheelchair Rental
Manual wheelchairs are available upon request free-of-charge.

Wheelchair Accessibility
ArtScience Museum welcomes visitors using manual and motorised wheelchairs. Automated entry doors are available, and all public levels are accessible via lifts. Gallery pathways are designed with a minimum clear width of 1.2 metres to support comfortable wheelchair movement.
Wheelchair-accessible washrooms are provided on every floor of the Museum.
For safety and operational reasons, only personal mobility aids (PMAs used for medical or mobility-assistance needs) are permitted within gallery spaces. Personal mobility devices (PMDs intended for general or recreational use are not allowed).
Approved PMAs must meet the following requirements:
- Maximum length of 120cm
- Maximum width of 70cm
- Maximum height of 150cm
- Maximum laden weight of 300kg
- Maximum operating speed of 10km/h
Please note that charging facilities for motorised wheelchairs or PMAs are not available within the Museum.
Guide Dogs
Service dogs are welcome.Concession rate
People with disabilities (PWDs) and one accompanying caregiver can purchase concession tickets when visiting the Museum.
