By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd (the Hotel) that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

  • This offer is only eligible for Singapore residents.

Stay Period

  • Stay-by date: 1 Mar – 30 Sep 2021

Rates and Deposit

  • Reservation is cancellable and amendable 2 days prior to arrival.
  • The rates quoted are based on your period of stay. Rates are subject to change as a result of changes in your arrival and/or departure dates.
  • Any extension of stay will be on guest’s own account on either the Flexible Rate or any other Packages offered by Marina Bay Sands.
  • Rates quoted are in Singapore Dollars.
  • Rate is for 1 or 2 adults only.
  • Rates do not include any applicable prevailing government taxes at time of occupancy. The Rates are subject to 10% Service Charge and prevailing Goods and Services Tax.
  • The maximum number of guests per room is either 2 adults + 2 children (12 years old and below), or 3 adults. Additional guests to be charged at a fee of S$100++ per night for Deluxe and Premier Rooms; S$220++ per night for Club, Grand Club, Orchid and Sands Suites. For your convenience, all suites are equipped with an extra rollaway or pull-out sofa bed when an additional adult is occupying the room. However, children, twelve (12) years and under, stay free when sharing a room with an adult as an additional guest.
  • Room upgrade and additional adult charge will be on guest's own account.
  • Club benefits are not included for children between 6-12 years old and are chargeable upon consumption at the Club55 Lounge.
  • A cash deposit of S$200 for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for payment of incidentals in addition to full payment of the room and prevailing government taxes.
  • In the event guest complete a booking based on a rate that has been incorrectly posted, the Hotel reserves the right to correct the rate or cancel the reservation at its discretion, and will contact you directly in order to do so.
  • Marina Bay Sands may change these terms or terminate this program without notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd is final and binding.

Credit Card Information

  • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
  • Upon booking, your credit card will be charged the amount indicated on the booking confirmation page and email.
  • Exchange rates are applicable at time of reservation, but are subject to currency fluctuations and billing will be at the prevailing exchange rate upon completion of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

  • Reservation is cancellable and amendable 2 days prior to arrival.
  • Reservations made over 8 – 10 Aug 2021 and 20 – 22 Aug 2021 require full pre-payment and are non-cancellable, non-amendable and non-refundable.

Further information

  • No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed. The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.
  • No prepared food from sources other than the Hotel's in-room dining services is permitted in the guest rooms.
  • This reservation is not transferable. No name change is allowed.

General Provisions

  • By proceeding with the reservation, you further agree and acknowledge that if the reservation is accepted by the Hotel, your stay subsequently shall be subject to the Hotel's standard terms and conditions of stay.
  • The Hotel may, at its absolute discretion, cancel the reservation if the Hotel is of the opinion that the reservation information provided is falsified or incomplete.
  • The Hotel shall be entitled to vary, amend and/or otherwise change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • You shall indemnify and hold the Hotel harmless in respect of any liability, loss, damage, cost and expense of any nature arising out of, and/or in connection with the acceptance of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The Hotel shall not be liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any cancellation of the reservation by the Hotel.
  • The reservation and the terms and conditions set out hereto shall be governed in accordance with the law of the Republic of Singapore.
  • The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap. 53B) shall apply.

Sands Reward LifeStyle (SRL) $60 Resort Dollars

  • Guest whose name the booking was made in shall be entitled to a one-time redemption of $60 Resort Dollars per night. It shall be valid for the guest as stated in the hotel confirmation email and on the SRL card for the collection of Resort Dollars.
  • To redeem the $60 Resort Dollars, guests are required to go to SRL counters and present their hotel confirmation email. For non-SRL members, they must first register for the SRL membership after which guests may proceed to the SRL counters to redeem.
  • Redemption can be done from the check-in date, to no later than 7 days after the check-out date of the guests' booking.
  • Resort Dollars will be credited into the SRL members’ account within 48 hours after redemption.
  • SRL members can utilise the Resort Dollars at any SRL participating outlets, and they can earn Resort Dollars on the balance payment. Resort Dollars are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
  • Sands Rewards LifeStyle Counter Locations and Operating Hours:
    • Hotel Lobby Tower 1 Daily: 10:00am - 11:00pm
    • The Shoppes, Galleria Level, B1 (above Sampan Rides) Sun to Thurs: 10:00am – 11:00pm, Fri/Sat/Eve of Public Holiday: 10:00am – 11:30pm
    • The Shoppes, Canal Level, B2 (near Digital Light Canvas) Sun to Thurs: 10:00am – 11:00pm, Fri/Sat/Eve of Public Holiday: 10:00am – 11:30pm
  • Resort Dollars cannot be combined with any other promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash. 

Valet Parking

  • To enjoy free valet or self-parking, a complimentary parking ticket will be issued at the check-in counter.
  • Valid during your stay only.
  • One (1) redemption per 24 hours.

Complimentary Marina Bay Sands Gift

  • Guests must present a valid Sands Rewards membership card and hotel confirmation email upon redemption.
  • Redemption can only be done during your stay.
  • Gifts are subject to availability.
  • Gift is not exchangeable for cash, and neither is it exchangeable for other options after redemption is made.

Sustainability & Art Guided Tour

  • Tours are conducted 10am and 4pm every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
  • Limited slots available daily. Please call +65 6688 8888 to reserve your time slot at least 48 hours ahead of your intended tour date. Please quote your Booking Confirmation ID during reservation.
  • Tour is redeemable on your second or third day of stay (not on day of arrival/check-in). Not valid after stay dates.
  • Tour will start punctually from the meeting point at Coach Bay of Hotel Tower 1 (B1). Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the preselected tour slot for briefing.
  • Guest(s) are encouraged to come in comfortable walking shoes.
  • Guest(s) must comply with the Government’s safe management measures (SMM) including any restrictions imposed on the number of people in a group. Prevailing SMM will apply.
  • Guests must comply with the Sustainability and Art Tour health and safety protocols.
  • No refund or exchange on unused tour entitlement.
  • Marina Bay Sands reserves the right to deny guests suspected of breach of Terms & Conditions of sale.
  • Marina Bay Sands reserves the right to make changes and modifications to the tour without prior notice.

Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd. is final without notice or liability. Other Terms and Conditions apply.
