  • Age Restrictions: This production is suitable for all ages. Admission is free for children below 1 year old. Children 1 year old and above must purchase a ticket for admission. All children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

What can I expect from Immersive Disney Animation?

Discover a new way to enjoy the world of Disney and step into the cinematic world of some of the greatest films by Walt Disney Animation Studios, including Frozen, The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Zootopia and many more in this immersive exhibition.

 

What is included in the tickets?

All visitors will have access to a RFID wristband to wear during the session that will enhance the experience with special light changing effects. The wristbands are recyclable and we encourage everyone to drop them off at the exit.

VIP ticketholders will receive exclusive piece(s) of merchandise which will not be available for sale at the merchandise shop.

 

Will there be merchandise for sale?

Yes. Please note that the exclusive merchandise included in the VIP ticket experience will not be available for sale.

 

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Food and beverages are not allowed in the event venue. All food and beverage items will have to be discarded prior to entry.

 

What is an accessible session and what are the dates?

This is a sensory-friendly show that has been specifically adapted for individuals with sensory sensitivities. The show will be presented at reduced volume levels, with adjusted lighting and designated quiet spaces.

The dates are 13 & 27 Dec, 10 & 24 Jan, 7 & 21 Feb at 4pm.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my infant or child below 1 year old?

Admission is free for infants in arms and children below 1 year old. Children that are 1 year old and above must purchase a ticket for admission.

 

What time do I need to arrive before the exhibition?

It is recommended that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your selected timeslot.

 

What happens if I arrive late?

The Immersive Disney Animation exhibition spans across two primary areas: Pre-exhibit and Gallery. Please ensure you arrive on time as each time slot is limited to 90 minutes. Late arrival may result in missing out on the full exhibition experience.

 

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Members of the public are encouraged to take photos during the event. However, filming and photography for commercial use is not allowed. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

 

What do I do if I have any questions about accessibility / special accommodations?

The Theatre is accessible to wheelchairs and prams. Please note that prams will not be allowed within the exhibition space. Please contact the Marina Bay Sands Theatre Box Office at box_office@marinabaysands.com if you require any assistance.

Can I exchange my ticket for another show date / time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

Depending on availability, VIP ticket holders are allowed to have a complimentary one-time free date/time exchange. Basic ticket holders can reschedule their timeslot and dates at an additional cost of $15 per ticket.

Transactions made with PayLah! Or POSB Everyday Card will only be eligible for a one-time free date exchange regardless of the price category purchased.

All ticket reschedule requests must be made via email, hotline or box office counters at least 48hours prior to the original session and subjected to ticket availability and selected ticket price(s).

 

Will I be able to use the restroom during the exhibition? 

Attendee(s) can access restrooms located within the venue during the exhibition. We encourage attendees to use the restroom before entering the event venue to avoid formation of long queues and/or waiting time. Please note that no extension of time will be provided.
