Mental Health for All: Focus on The Self

In the first two weeks of October, take time to focus on your mental wellbeing through various activities you can take part in at ArtScience Museum. ​

We often overlook the time we need to take good care of ourselves amidst our fast-paced lives. Take a pause and be part of an array of experiences you can participate, ponder, and practice on taking care of your personal well-being.​

Pick up finger knitting technique, be immersed in a sound healing session, or go on a hunt for positive self-care messages around the museum.
