Take 5 with Meihan

Is an ‘uploaded’ consciousness without its original body ‘alive’? Is a super-sophisticated AI able to make independent decisions ‘alive’? Meihan Boey, author of The Messiah Virus, will be exploring how and what ‘life’ will look like in the future.

Meihan Boey is the author of the sci-fi romp The Messiah Virus, and Vice President of the Association of Comic Artists of Singapore.  She is most recently the scriptwriter for The Once-And-Marvellous DKD, a graphic novel about Singaporean musicians in the Vietnam War.
