Science | Art

Inspired by artist Olafur Eliasson, play with mixing transparent colours to create new ones, and experience how they change your perception of space and reality. You will then get to construct your own sun goggles by overlapping coloured cellophane in various combinations.

Learning Objectives:

  • To understand the wonders of colour, in relation to our feelings and emotions (colour psychology) and also how our eyes perceive colours.
  • To learn about color mixing, that occurs in light, shadow and objects
