What is the future of sneakers? Participate in masterclasses led by Tell Your Children and build your own futuristic sneakers using recycled materials to inspire creative thinking through making.
With the help of existing templates, explore creating designs that reflect one's unique personality and style. In a society surrounded by consumption and mass production, sustainability and giving items a second life through art and design is important for everyone.
Sneakertopia is a colourful, larger-than-life sneaker and street culture exhibition that celebrates the art and history of sneakers and much, much more!
Tell Your Children (TYC) is a Singapore-based creative studio that produces visual content through illustration and design. Led by Deon, Russell, Kevin and Lydia, TYC injects its signature visual language and creative style across the board. Through self-initiated events and projects, TYC strives to create a robust ecosystem that inspires and encourages self-expression and a love for culture.
ArtScience Museum collaborated with TYC to create an interactive mural titled 'A Walk in Time' in the Activity Space of Sneakertopia: Step Into Street Culture.
It is a mural that contains six famous personalities wearing iconic sneakers, with each representing a different subculture.
