The Chef’s Table presents a sophisticated Omakase Chef’s menu showcasing a daily selection of premium beef cuts and the freshest seafood. Diners looking for a casual night out can head to the Bar Dining area for a taste of Waku Ghin’s signature dish Marinated Botan Shrimp with Sea Urchin and Caviar, or over to The Bar for handcrafted Japanese-style cocktails, wines and sake.
Savour the art of Japanese fine dining over a bespoke sushi omakase experience, a dining concept newly unveiled at Waku Ghin’s private Sushi Room. Helmed by Chef Zennami Shimpei, the sushi omakase is an opportunity for diners to experience the finest regional delicacies of Japan, including prized produce such as hotaruika (firefly squid), ankimo (monkfish liver), shirako (milt) and more. Gourmands can pair the omakase experience with a selection of Japanese whisky for a contemporary twist.
Designed by award-winning Japanese designer Yohei Akao, Waku Ghin features a minimalist design that integrates natural materials and intricate details that pay homage to nature and heritage.
