Notice

Dine-in services have resumed and will be accompanied by an abundance of care. These include:

  • TraceTogether-only venue: Present your TraceTogether App or Token for SafeEntry check-in and out.
  • Temperature screening: Temperature screening will be conducted prior to entry.
  • Safe distancing measures: Diners are capped at groups of two persons per table, while groups are to be seated at least one metre apart.
  • Digital menus: Guests can view menus on their personal mobile devices via a QR code.
  • Enhanced hygiene protocol: Increasing the disinfection of common spaces, high touch surfaces and interactive components.
  • Enhanced protection: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as masks and/or gloves will be worn by restaurant staff where appropriate.
  • Enhanced testing regime: Under our enhanced Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing regime, front-line employees will undergo Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) every 14 or 28 days.

During this period, dining reservations are required as seating capacities will be limited. Please also note:

  • We reserve the right to verify that guests are from the same household before admitting them as a group into the establishment.
  • Alcohol sales and service will cease at 10:10pm. This is to ensure compliance with Singapore Government regulations that require consumption of alcoholic beverages to cease by 10:30pm.
  • Guests are encouraged to opt for cashless or contactless payment modes.
  • Guests must wear a mask at all times except when eating or drinking at their table.
  • Guests can also order takeaway directly at the restaurant and/or via the Gourmet Takeaway platform.

Puck honed his bold and inventive style of cooking in some of France's most celebrated restaurants before opening the now-legendary Spago Beverly Hills in 1982.

Executive Chef of CUT & Spago Greg Bess
Bess moved from the original Spago to Singapore in 2010. His deep understanding of local cuisine inspired him to introduce dishes with local flavours to Spago.

Chef de Cuisine Justin Katsuno
Driven by his passion for food and hospitality, Chef Justin Katsuno started his culinary career as the Assistant Baker at American-based Japanese supermarket chain Mistuwa Corporation in 2003. Chef Justin continued to pursue his passion in culinary arts and joined celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck’s flagship restaurant Spago at Beverly Hills. After 12 dedicated years at Spago Beverly Hills, Chef Justin joined Spago at Marina Bay Sands in 2019 as the restaurant’s chef de cuisine.
