A. Program Details on Marina Bay Sands Website
Introduction
The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore issues Multiple Journey Visas (“MJV”) to eligible nationals from the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”). PRC nationals with a valid MJV need not apply for a visa each time they visit Singapore.
Members of the Marina Bay Sands’ Premium Traveler Program and their immediate family members* will now be eligible to apply for an MJV.
We would like to extend to you the Premium Traveler eCard, which you can present to your nearest Authorised Visa Agent when applying for the MJV.
*Named Premier Traveler eCard holder and their spouse and any children below the age of 21 may apply for MJV under this card.

Application Process
To apply for your Multiple Journey Visa, please complete the following process:
1. Find an Authorised Visa Agent nearest to you.
2. Present your Marina Bay Sands Premium Traveler eCard at an Authorised Visa Agent, along with proof of identification and your passport.
3. Complete and provide all necessary documentation which the Authorised Visa Agent may require for your MJV application.
4. Pay the necessary visa application fee.
5. Await Immigration and Checkpoint Authority’s decision.
All applications for visas will be processed and decided by the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore. MBS does not play any part in or influence the outcome of visa applications.

欲申请您的多次出入境旅游签证，请完成以下手续：
1． 找出您临近的授权签证代办机构。
2． 到授权签证代办机构出示您的滨海湾金沙终极旅客e卡，连同您的身份证件及护照。
3． 提供给授权签证代办机构签证申请所需的文件及资料。

Terms & Conditions
The Terms and Conditions governing the use of the Premium Traveler eCard are subject to change by MBS at any time in its sole discretion, in particular, the requirements of the programme as set out in paragraph 1.
1. This Premium Traveler eCard (“eCard”) is issued to the individual (“eCard Bearer”) named on the eCard on the basis that the eCard Bearer has fulfilled the following requirements:
a. eCard Bearer is an existing member of Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd’s (“MBS”) loyalty membership programme;
b. eCard Bearer is a citizen of the People’s Republic of China;
c. The eCard Bearer has incurred a minimum spend within the MBS Integrated Resort of such amount as determined by MBS from time to time, and has previously purchased a minimum of 3 hotel room nights at the Marina Bay Sands hotel.
2. The Premium Traveler eCard serves as an identification of those individuals who have fulfilled the above requirements, and does not confer any benefits, privileges or rights on the eCard Bearer. MBS does not endorse or recommend the eCard Bearer and/or his immediate family members in any way.
3. This eCard is non-transferable and may only be used by the eCard Bearer in his and/or his immediate family members’ application for a visa to visit Singapore.
4. The eCard Bearer’s and/or his immediate family members’ applications for visas will be processed and decided by the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority of Singapore. MBS does not play any part in or influence the outcome of visa applications.
5. This eCard is valid from the date of issuance to the date of expiry stated on the card. Upon the expiration of the eCard, a new Premium Traveler eCard will be sent to the eCard Bearer if he or she has fulfilled the requirements of the Premium Traveler Programme for the preceding year.
6. The eCard Bearer authorizes MBS to use, store and transfer, as MBS may consider necessary, the eCard Bearer’s personal information and details to third parties in connection with the Scheme, applications for MJV by the eCard Bearer and/or his family members, or as required by law or regulation.
7. The eCard Bearer agrees that it shall hold harmless and indemnify MBS, its related corporations and/or its affiliates; and the respective directors, officers, personnel, employees and agents of MBS, its related corporations and/or affiliates, from and against any and all liability, loss, damages, claims, demands, fines, costs or expenses (including attorney and other professional fees and disbursements on a full indemnity basis, indirect, consequential or special damages, and fines and/or penalties) arising from, in relation to or in connection with any breach of these terms and conditions by the eCard Member, or in connection with any act, omission, default, negligence or conduct of the eCard Member.
8. Any loss of the eCard must be reported to MBS in writing immediately. If required by MBS, the eCard Bearer shall make a police report accompanied by written confirmation of the loss of the eCard and provide any other information as MBS may require. A replacement eCard will be issued to the eCard Bearer upon presentation of sufficient identification.
9. MBS is not responsible for and will not be held liable for any transactions made while the eCard is lost or stolen.
10. Any breach of these terms and conditions shall entitle MBS to revoke the defaulting eCard Bearer’s eCard and terminate his participation in the Scheme.
11. MBS reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to amend, delete, modify or vary any of these Terms and Conditions, and/or terminate the Scheme. MBS has the right to final interpretation of these terms and conditions. If there is any dispute in the interpretation of provision of the terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail over other versions. In the event of any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions or to the Scheme, the decision of MBS Management shall be final. MBS reserves the right to deny any person from participating in the Scheme or terminate the participation of any person in the Scheme at any time.
条款及条件
滨海湾金沙将保留最终决定权，在任何时刻修改使用滨海湾金沙终极旅客e卡所附带的条款及条件，尤其是第1段所示的该计划所需条件。
1．此滨海湾金沙终极旅客e卡（即“e卡”）将签发给e卡上的姓名持有者（即“e卡持有者”），前提是e卡持有者需符合以下条件：
a. e卡持有者是滨海湾金沙私人有限公司（即“滨海湾金沙”）的会员忠诚奖励计划的现有会员；
b. e卡持有者是中华人民共和国的公民。
c. e卡持有者已在滨海湾金沙综合娱乐度假村内进行滨海湾金沙在任何时候设定的最低消费额，并于较早前在滨海湾金沙购买至少3晚的酒店住宿。
2．此滨海湾金沙终极旅客e卡将作为符合以上条件人士的身份证明，且不授予e卡持有者任何权益、礼遇或权利。滨海湾金沙不以任何形式担保认可或推荐e卡持有者及/或其直系亲属。
3．此e卡不可转让他人，且只限e卡持有者及/或其直系亲属在申请签证到访新加坡时使用。
4．e卡持有者及/或直系亲属的签证将由新加坡移民及关卡局办理手续及批准。滨海湾金沙将完全不参与或影响签证申请的结果。
5．e卡的有效期为卡上所示的签发日期至截止日期。一旦e卡过期，若e卡持有者在过去一年符合滨海湾金沙终极旅客计划的条件，将获得一张全新的滨海湾金沙终极旅客e卡。
6．e卡持有者授权滨海湾金沙在必要的情况下或法律或条例上所要求使用、储存、转移其个人资料及详情给与此计划相关的第三方，以及e卡持有者及/或其直系亲属的多次出入境旅游签证申请。
7．e卡持有者将同意永久免除滨海湾金沙及/或关联公司、董事、雇员或代理的任何及所有索偿责任，包括违反任何此条款及条件，或因任何举止、失误、疏忽、违约或行为所造成损失、损坏、赔偿、索偿、罚款、费用或花费（包括律师及其他专业费用，以及完整或间接性补偿或特别损害，以及罚款及/或处罚）。
8． 若遗失e卡须立即以书面形式通知滨海湾金沙。若滨海湾金沙有所要求，e卡持有者将在报警上出示e卡遗失确认信函，并提供滨海湾金沙所需的其他任何资料。在呈上足够身份证件后，将补发e卡给e卡持有者。
9．在e卡遗失或遭盗窃期间，滨海湾金沙将不对任何交易承担责任。
10．若违反此条款及条件，滨海湾金沙将可撤回e卡持有者的e卡，并终止其计划的参与。
11．滨海湾金沙保留唯一及绝对的酌情权修改、删除、修订或更改此条款及条件的任何部分，及/或终止此计划。滨海湾金沙保留对此条款及条件的最终诠释权。若此条款及条件的诠释存在任何争议，应以英文版本为准。若此条款及条件或其计划存在任何争议，滨海湾金沙的管理层将保留最终决定权。滨海湾金沙保留权利在任何时候拒绝让任何人参加此计划或终止任何人参与此计划。
