Enhanced Testing Regime
All team members working on property are covered by our enhanced Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) regime using Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests. Staff will undergo swab tests at a frequency ranging from every three days up to every 28 days, based on job profiles, vaccination status and risk exposure.
Safe Distancing
Reduction of operating capacity at any one time to adhere to prevailing government guidelines. This will significantly reduce the density of crowds, especially during peak periods. Groups cannot exceed 5 persons, including at restaurants and individual hotel rooms and suites. Safe Distancing Ambassadors are deployed at key areas to disperse crowds and ensure measures are adhered to.
Crowd Reduction
The crowd control extends to the IR's over 10,000-strong workforce: Many Team Members will be working from home in the initial phases, in order to reduce inter-mingling and minimise risks.
Temperature Screening
Thermal cameras will be placed at entrances to allow security staff to conduct non-invasive temperature checks of all Team Members and guests. Anyone displaying a temperature of 38°C and above will be politely turned away.
SG Clean and More
Enhanced frequency in cleaning and sanitisation in all public spaces and high-touch contact surfaces using hospital-grade disinfectants; deep cleaning procedures will also increase.
Contactless Journey
Minimising physical interactions through contactless payment solutions and contactless delivery of service, luggage and other hotel amenities wherever possible.
Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Mandatory usage of masks for all guests and staff. Face shields will be used in certain guest-facing functions, while goggles are being designed to be deployed in the future.
Clean Technology
Electrostatic sprayers will be utilised to apply hospital-grade disinfectant on high-touch surfaces, including in hotel guest rooms, public spaces and offices.
Improving Air Quality
Maximising our fresh-air intake to increase external air flow into the building and optimising exhaust air quantities for removal. Where possible, we’ve installed hospital-grade HEPA filters to trap and remove particles and viruses.
Active Monitoring
All visitors will need to log in to the Government’s SafeEntry system for contact tracing purposes, and undergo temperature screening, when they enter the property.

Food & Beverage

Dine-in will be allowed for fully vaccinated individuals, in groups of up to five persons. Unvaccinated children aged 12 and below from the same household may join the group, as well as unvaccinated individuals with a valid negative Pre-event Test (PET) result. For more details, click here.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Before you book

Our hotel is open and welcomes reservations. From 10 August, each room can only accommodate a maximum of 5 unique individuals. To ensure that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy the Infinity Pool, we will limit access to the Pool to 1 hour 15 mins per room, per day, through a queue management system.

Travelers should also check the current restrictions and conditions associated with travel to Singapore. The latest advisories on the local situation is available on the Singapore Ministry of Health website.

When making your booking, do take advantage of the direct booking promotions here.

If you currently have a booking with us and are affected by prevailing travel restrictions, we will allow full changes or cancellations without any penalties, to 2 days prior to arrival, as long as your arrival date is before 31 October 2021. For arrival date after 31 October 2021, we will only allow full changes to a reservation. Changes to a future date will also be subject to room availability and rate differences.

This policy also applies for bookings made via online travel agents or other third-party travel platforms. However, if your booking is made through a third-party site or party, please contact them directly as additional policies may apply.
