Enhanced Testing Regime
All team members working on property are covered by our enhanced Rostered Routine Testing (RRT) programme, with testing frequency differentiated based on the vaccination status of individual Team members and their job risk profiles.
Safe Distancing
Reduction of operating capacities of our venues and attractions to adhere to prevailing government guidelines. This will significantly reduce the density of crowds, especially during peak periods. Groups cannot exceed 2 persons, including at restaurants and individual hotel rooms and suites. Safe Distancing ambassadors are deployed at key areas to disperse crowds and ensure measures are adhered to.
SG Clean and More
Enhanced frequency in cleaning and sanitisation in all public spaces and high-touch contact surfaces using hospital-grade disinfectants; deep cleaning procedures will also increase.
Contactless Journey
Minimising physical interactions through contactless payment solutions and contactless delivery of service, luggage and other hotel amenities wherever possible.
Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Mandatory usage of masks for all guests and staff. Face shields will be used in certain guest-facing functions, while goggles are being designed to be deployed in the future.
Clean Technology
Electrostatic sprayers will be utilised to apply hospital-grade disinfectant on high-touch surfaces, including in hotel guest rooms, public spaces and offices.
Improving Air Quality
Maximising our fresh-air intake to increase external air flow into the building and optimising exhaust air quantities for removal. Where possible, we’ve installed hospital-grade HEPA filters to trap and remove particles and viruses.
Active Monitoring
All visitors will need to check-in via SafeEntry using their TraceTogether App or Token for contact tracing purposes, when they enter the property.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Before you arrive

Vaccination-differentiated safe management measures (VDS) and eligibility checks will be conducted at the Hotel and Mall – major entry points into the IR – as well as at Attractions, Sands Expo & Convention Centre, the Casino and F&B outlets.

To enter any venue or facility located at Marina Bay Sands, guests above the age of 12 will need to meet any of the criteria below:

  • Fully vaccinated (i.e. an individual is considered fully vaccinated 14 days after he or she has received the full regimen of any World Health Organization Emergency Use Listing (WHO EUL) vaccine); or
  • Recovered from COVID-19 within the past 180 days; or
  • Medically ineligible for COVID-19 vaccination (i.e. with either a physical or electronic Medical Ineligibility (MI) certificate issued by a local GP)

Marina Bay Sands operates a COVID-19 testing facility located at L1, Sands Expo & Convention Centre for hotel guests and visitors of our integrated resort from 0700hrs to 2300 hrs daily.

Each PET costs $40 and guests are required to make payment on-site via cash or PayNow. Guests will be informed of their test results within 30 minutes via SMS on their mobile phones by the Ministry of Health (MOH).

Kindly note that this testing facility is not a subsidised Quick Test Centre (QTC) or Combined Test Centre (CTC).

Our hotel is open and welcomes reservations. From 22 November 2021, the gathering of guests and visitors in any hotel room is limited to a maximum of five unique individuals on any single day. To ensure that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy the Infinity Pool, we will limit access to the Pool to 1 hour 15 mins per room, per day, through a queue management system.
