- Valid for transactions made by 31 December 2015, 11:59pm.
- Ticket purchases must be made online via the Marina Bay Sands ticketing website from 9 November 2015 - 31 December 2015 in order to be eligible for the contest.
- Five (5) winners, regardless of ticket quantity and event purchased, shall be randomly selected by Marina Bay Sands, and such determination shall be final and binding.
- The Winners will be contacted via email by 31 January 2016.
- The Organiser reserves the right to select an alternative Winner at any time, where the Organiser has reasonable grounds for believing that the initially selected Winner has contravened any of these Terms. Any alternative Winner will be selected with the same criteria used to select the original Winner.
- In the event that any of the winners do not respond within 24 hours of being notified, Marina Bay Sands reserves the right to substitute another participant to replace the original Winner.
- The Prize is as stated and is non-transferable and not-for-resale. No cash alternatives will be offered. If due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, the Organiser is unable to provide the stated Prize or any part thereof, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value, to be determined at the Organiser’s sole discretion. A Prize may be subject to the additional terms and conditions of the prize supplier. More details on the collection of the Prize will be given to the respective Winner(s) at a later stage.
