As part of Adrift’s monthly dinner series, pick up some priceless knife skills at this BBQ masterclass, while savouring the flavourful yet delicate notes of Auchentoshan, featuring Three Wood, 12, 18 and 21 year-old. Enjoy whisky cocktails and pairings with rare-grade Wagyu dishes featuring Whisky Aged Ribeye, A4 Striploin Tataki and South Australia Wagyu Rib Eye (MB9+).
