Discover the secrets behind the blind tasting abilities of a sommelier in this one hour exclusive session with our in-house sommelier Britt Ng who was recently awarded Asia's Best Sommelier in French Wines 2016. This masterclass will be fun, casual and informal held for only 10 pax in our Private Dining area. Expect some drinking throughout the session with light bites as we discuss classic food & wine pairings.

Following the masterclass, enjoy an exquisite 3-course lunch with wine pairing especially curated by Britt and executive chef Sabrina Stillhart.
