Cancellation Policies:
For Chef’s Table and Private Dining Room:
- A cancellation fee of SGD 550 per guest applies, if guests fail to cancel before 4pm, five (5) days prior to your reservation.
- A cancellation fee of SGD 550 per guest applies, if no prior notification is provided for the reduction in the number of guest(s) before 4pm, three (3) days before your reservation.
Cancellation fees are subject to prevailing goods and services tax.
Main Dining Room:
- For 5 guests and above, a cancellation fee of SGD 100 per guests applies, if the guests fail to cancel within 24 hours.
Cancellation fees for the Main Dining Room are inclusive of prevailing goods and service tax.
Changing the reservation date or time after the cancellation deadline constitutes late cancellation, for which applicable cancellation charges may apply.
I understand that my table will be held for 15 minutes from the time of reservation. My reservation is liable to be cancelled after this timing and applicable cancellation charges may apply.
I hereby authorise the Establishment to charge my credit card all amounts due and payable and I shall be liable for all charges incurred.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd is final and binding.
I agree to receive marketing related to MBS and MBS Authorised Parties, including personalized content, via any means of communications including email, text messaging, MBS or third party applications/websites.
By clicking “Proceed” and providing my credit card information, I confirm that I have read and accept the Marina Bay Sands (MBS) Privacy Notice. - The full menu price per person will be charged to me immediately upon confirmation of the reservation. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, or cancellations less than 72 hours prior to my reservation time.
- I understand that my table will be held for 15 minutes from the time of reservation. My reservation is liable to be cancelled after this timing and no refunds will be provided.
- By providing my credit card information, I hereby authorise the Establishment to (i) charge the prepayment in full at the time of reservation (as the booking requires); (ii) charge me for any cancellation and no show charges under this booking; and (iii) charge me in full for all charges incurred by me to my credit card as I shall be liable for all charges incurred.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Marina Bay Sands Pte. Ltd is final and binding.
