Experience a new level of French-Asian fine dining at celebrity Chef Justin Quek’s CHINOISERIE with their luxuriously plush tables and exquisite set menus, with both a 3-course and 4-course meals.
Available Monday to Friday, 12pm to 3pm, the lunch set features specials such as the Truffle Xiao Long Bao - cuts of Duck Foie Gras and Jamon Iberico Ham mixed with Black Truffle Consommé suspended inside soft, fluffy dumpling – and the Hokkaido Diver Scallop Ceviche, made with briny yet sweet Japanese salmon roe and micro herbs, drizzled with refreshingly tangy lemongrass soy dressing.
CHINOISERIE Modern Asian is located at B1-15, The Shoppes.
This stunning restaurant and sushi bar offers a modern interpretation of Japanese cuisine. The Fushimi Inari Shrine-inspired orange arches in the passageway and 2.5m Japanese ‘bell’ instantly transports diners to Japan. KOMA offers 2-course and 3-course lunch sets with scrumptious dishes to choose from, available weekdays between 11.30am and 3pm.
Seafood enthusiasts will love the delicately flavoured Unagi Chawanmushi, a savoury egg custard whipped up with BBQ eel, egg custard, and shiitake mushrooms, garnished with mitsuba and drizzled with truffle unagi sauce. Steak lovers can enjoy the gorgeously grilled A5 Wagyu Beef Tenderloin with rainbow carrots, red wine sauce and steamed rice for a meal bursting with flavour.

With the countless options available on the menu, it can be difficult to choose just one. You can’t go wrong with the chef-recommended Special Pho – chewy handmade noodles in So Pho’s signature aromatic broth.
Made with rice flour, Pho noodles are crafted by hand and dunked into a bowl of clear, fatty broth, flavoured with simmered remnants of tendons, and other meats. Tender slices of marbled Sirloin beef are layered on top, accompanied by deliciously dense meatballs. This famed restaurant offers fantastic rooftop views of the city with an excellent selection of Italian-American dishes. Available weekdays between 11am and 3.30pm, their lunch menu includes a wide assortment of salads, pastas, pizzas, and sandwiches. Must-try LAVO classics include The Meatball: carved out of 1lb of fresh ground mix of Imperial Wagyu, super tender veal, and Italian sausage, smothered in marinara, and topped with a lavish portion of delicately whipped ricotta cheese.
Another much-lauded dish is the slightly smoky, summer-favourite Charred Octopus cooked with crisp celery and endive, mild fennel, and seasoned with earthy oregano, and tangy red wine vinaigrette. Spago’s specially curated 3-course Prix Fixe (available 12pm – 2.30pm daily) offers a tantalising range of signature dishes. The scrumptious Big Eye Tuna Tartare Cones are an explosion of flavours in your mouth and a popular favourite. Served in sesame cones, the crunch is followed by the unexpected mix of salty soy, spicy wasabi and chilli aioli, and miso.
